The Oklahoma Asset Building Coalition (OkABC) is a group of individuals and organizations that aim to identify establish and strengthen practices, programs, and policies that help individuals, families, and communities achieve economic security. The coalition planned and sponsored the first annual Asset Building in Oklahoma Conference in April, 2009, and is holding statewide listening sessions to gather ideas and generate enthusiasm for asset building opportunities in Oklahoma. Information generated from the listening session will form the foundation of the OkABC strategy.
