Coalition operations are the organizational practices and tools that enable a coalition to fulfill its goals and missions. It provides the resources and support necessary to determine the quality of a coalition and the success of its external actions and activities. Without well-thought out and flexible organizational practices and tools, a coalition runs the risk of hindering its own progress.
